This was a great big men's shirt. I cut the entire neck area off and added an elastic casing. Once the neck is gone it becomes a raglan sleeve peasant blouse. I've just added some prined satin trim on the sleeve cuffs, inside the neck for the elastic casing and at the hem, inside.
